Once upon a time, I taught workshops in elementary schools for an international development organization on topics like Where Do Bananas Come From? and later encouraged preschoolers to move to music in lively Montessori-style programs... or did they teach me?

These experiences inspired me to hand-sew these 5 faux fur balls known as The Furry Five.
